Afternoon Protein Popsicle
Ingredients:
- 1 cup berries or mixed berries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk.
- Popsicle mold and sticks if needed.
Directions:
- Blend together in a high-powered blender until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and allow to freeze completely, 6 hours to overnight.
